us today to learn more! Practice Setting Employed full-time ENT
position with a well-established patient base General ENT focus
with up to 30% facial trauma/head and neck cases Supportive,
team-based care model in a dynamic regional health system Modern
36-bed acute care facility with 10-bed ICU Equipped with 5 ORs, da
Vinci Xi surgical robot, and full anesthesia and hospitalist
support Schedule Flexible Monday through Friday schedule with no
weekend clinics Surgery block time every Tuesday and every other
Thursday Light call schedule: 1:3 rotation ( 10 days/month)
Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from
$510,000 to $575,000 Additional earning potential through
wRVU-based production incentives Generous sign-on bonus up to
$40,000 Annual quality bonus up to $20,000 37 days of PTO
(including vacation, holidays, and CME) $4,000 CME allowance
