experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Havre, Montana —
earn up to ($1917 - $2018 per week) while providing essential care

winners. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg
setting to ensure optimal recovery. Collaborate with healthcare
team to develop and implement patient care plans. Participate in
ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the
team. Educate patients and families on health management and
post-discharge care. Engage in performance evaluations and set
personal goals for improvement. Adhere to safety protocols and
maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in training
and mentoring new staff members as needed. Maintain effective
communication with patients, families, and team members. Utilize
electronic health records to document patient information
accurately. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to
enhance patient care. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license
in Montana or compact state required. Commitment to ongoing
professional development and training. Experience in MedSurg
nursing with a minimum of 2 years preferred. Demonstrated
accountability for personal performance and success. Strong
communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
Proficient in electronic health record systems for documentation.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and
environments. Ability to mentor and train new staff effectively.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives in healthcare
settings. Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean work
