Our Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers enjoy some excellent benefits: $20-$22 per hour based on experience Make your own schedule, work independently and enjoy work-life balance Positively impact people's lives through the work you do Family-oriented culture that values its associates and promotes work-life balance Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs Tuition assistance toward CNA certification Rich benefits including Vision/Dental, 401k and more As a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver , here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies A few must-haves for Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver : High school diploma (or equivalent) Six (6) months of caregiving experience in a healthcare role required, one (1) year preferred CPR certification Valid Montana driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
