Provides internal and external assistance to person interested in
the medical alert/personal response system. The Lifeline Specialist
is the main contact for the Lifeline personal response system and
medication dispensing units for Benefis Spectrum Medical and
provides coverage to persons residing in Montana as well as manages
contract or registry employees in other parts of the state.
Responsible for growing market volumes and for following an annual
marketing plan for Lifeline. Participates in the department's
continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for installation and maintenance of Personal Emergency
Response Systems (PERS) and Medication Dispensing Units.
Ensure that records are appropriate maintained so that billing is
done correctly and in a timely manner.
Assists in developing the annual market plan.
Develops marketing plans for assigned program, which includes
market analysis and financial feasibility studies.
Represents the facility with business leaders, physicians and the

Communicates appropriately and clearly to the Manager of Community
Relations/Marketing and the marketing staff.
Consults other departments, as appropriate, to collaborate in
regards to marketing and business plans.

Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner, is
thorough and appropriately detailed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent required
