Our Customer Service Liaison's are a representative for North 40 Outfitters and the voice for our customers. They are essential and assist us with creating repeat customers every day! Our Customer Support Team answers customer calls and emails as well as social media inquiries, assists with online order discrepancies by responding directly to the customers and works with the store teams to correct order issues.Meet our current Customer Support Team for North 40 Outfitters and find out why they love coming to work every day. This position is full-time; North 40 Outfitters is proud to be an equal employment employer.The Customer Support Liaison position must have open availability to work Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am-5pm (you won't be required to work every weekend). Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of how to diffuse upset customers and difficult situations by having a thoughtful approach when communicating information
  • Must have the ability to listen thoroughly to customers, to help them solve their issues and concerns
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Must have proper phone etiquette
  • Familiar with all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills
  • Knowledge of North 40 company background and product categories preferred
  • Analytical, deliberate and precise to produce results
  • Ability to solve practical/technical problems and interpret a variety of instructions via written, oral or schedule form
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time while viewing a computer monitor, as well as using phone regularly

    Additional Information

    We get asked a lot, "What is North 40?" If you know who we are, that's a difficult question to answer because we cover quite a few categories.
