SUMMARY: Works independently on standardized or reoccurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior staff on projects, analyses and tasks. Provides support and coordination in various areas of Talent Acquisition including: sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate management and screening, reference completion, and onboarding tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides recruiting support by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks - Partners with TA Business Partners to gather candidate information including compensation expectations, relocation needs etc. - Coordinates interview schedules, arranges travel, lodging and meals to ensure an exceptional candidate experience - Creates and maintains appropriate candidate and requisition records in Capital Career Resources (CCR) - Assists with associate onboarding by processing associate data - Participates in Talent Acquisition and HR related projects to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the function - Gathers market research related to talent and employer trends as needed - Performs additional responsibilities as assigned "I CAN APPLY IN LESS THAN 4 MINUTES."
