Job Description Job Description Job Details: Title: RN PCU Location: Great Falls, MT 59405 Job Type: Full time Permanent Shift: All Shifts available Salary: $60,000 to $85,000 Annually (Depends on the years of experience) Full-time Benefits Job Description: Provides care for hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support. Manages diverse medical/surgical conditions, operates advanced equipment, and cares for patients with lines, tubes, and short-term ventilation. Collaborates with healthcare team, guides staff, precepts new nurses, and ensures safe, high-quality care from admission to discharge. EDUCATION Degree from a Nursing Program. EXPERIENCE Practice in and advanced Medical/Surgical Unit and recent Critical Care or Progressive Care Nursing is required. LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS Current State of Montana RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire. EPNC, TNCC certification preferred.
