We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HR Coordinator) to provide HR support to multiple offsite business units within our Country Operations division and to assist with onboarding and training, addressing employee concerns, HRIS entry and record-keeping. As a member of the Country Operations HR team, you must be flexible/ nimble, serving as a trusted partner to assigned client groups, as well as support performance management, employee relations and HR projects. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to include the ability to build strong working relationships and work in a fast-paced changing environment, in addition to being able to provide guidance and be a confidential resource to others. The position may work remotely but is preferred near a business unit site in the Northwestern U.S. (Montana, Washington, Oregon, Idaho).ResponsibilitiesBuild and cultivate solid relationships with leaders, front line managers, employees, and peers to support shared goals.Provide operational support, answering questions and coaching leaders and employees across multiple business units and geographical locations. Work with business unit leaders to support organization strategy and assist in evaluating talent readiness.Support employee relations/investigations, performance management, employee engagement, and project work as assigned within the Country Operations HR Team.Identify and understand talent needs within assigned business units by partnering with leaders and their teams. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the recruiting strategy for available positions.Participate in various HR project work in support of business initiatives and in partnership with the HR team and HR COE partners.Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulationsMinimum Qualifications (required)High school diploma (or equivalent)2+ years of experience in HR or a similar occupationProficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAdditional QualificationsBachelors degree, preferably in human resources or business administrationAdditional experience in employee relations, staffing, training, compensation, or benefitsExperience with Lawson, SAP, or other HRIS toolsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeCHS offers a competitive total compensation package.
