Job Description:

- Participate in our New Coach Bootcamp, earn a $1,000 when you complete your Training - Once you complete New Coach Bootcamp, we will start pairing you with either (1) individual teenagers or (2) "a crew" of 4 teenagers for Behavioral Coaching based on your availability. - You will deliver Personal Behavioral Coaching to the teenagers using (1) the skills you learned in New Coach Bootcamp and (2) our structured Program Templates - You will interact with the teenagers that you are coaching for at least a few minutes, on most days, and can do a live-session up to 2x per month as needed. The primary way that you interact is through video messaging on our secure messaging platform. You will spend about 2 hours with each teenager that you're matched with over the course of a month (or about 6 hours with a Crew of 4 Teenagers). - You will document progress and work with your internal Team Leader to ensure that you're helping support the teenagers that you're coaching For us, success is a teenager that has some measurably progress towards their goals. These might be goals that you have helped them define, and break into manageable milestones, or goals that they were already working towards prior to signing up for coaching.
