Care is seeking a Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a
13-week contract assignment with one of our trusted Skilled Nursing
Facility (SNF) partners in Helena, MT. This opportunity offers
competitive weekly compensation up to $2,550, consistent 8-hour day

you today. /nPosition Overview – Physical Therapist (PT) /nThe
Physical Therapist (PT) will evaluate, develop, and implement
individualized treatment plans for patients in a Skilled Nursing
Facility. This role focuses on restoring function, improving
mobility, reducing pain, and preventing long-term disability
through evidence-based physical therapy interventions. /nKey
Responsibilities/n /n/t - Perform comprehensive physical therapy
evaluations and assessments/n/t - Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans/n/t - Provide therapeutic exercises,
manual therapy, gait training, and mobility interventions/n/t -
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech
therapists, and nursing staff/n/t - Educate patients and families
on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs/n/t - Document
patient progress and maintain accurate EMR records/n/t - Ensure
compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations/n/t -
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
as appropriate/n /nRequired Qualifications/n/n /n/t - Active
Montana Physical Therapist (PT) License/n/t - Experience working in
a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/n/t - Strong clinical,
documentation, and communication skills/n/t - Ability to work
independently and within an interdisciplinary team/n /nEducation &
Certification Requirements/n/n /n/t - Doctor of Physical Therapy
(DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program/n/t - Successful completion of the National Physical
Therapy Examination (NPTE)/n/t - Active Montana PT License in good
standing/n/t - Current BLS Certification preferred/n /nDiscover
