Job Description:
A 25-bed critical access hospital in rural Eastern Montana is
seeking a CRNA to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity
for a CRNA who enjoys independent practice, bread-and-butter cases,
and a predictable schedule with significant time off. The
anesthesia team currently consists of two CRNAs, and the incoming
provider will join the group to help support surgical services and
meet patient demand. This role offers a high level of clinical
autonomy while working closely with the surgical team in a
supportive hospital environment. The Position: • $280,000 -
$300,000 Guaranteed Base Salary • Free Housing Provided by the
Hospital • $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus Competitive Sign-On Bonus
• 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Schedule • Join a Team of 2 CRNAs •
Rotating Call While On Service • Surgery Starts Around 7:30 AM -
