Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Great Falls, MT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Critical Care Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Duration: Full Time Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year in Critical Care Nursing required License: Current State RN Licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; PALS, EPNC, TNCC preferred Must-Have: Advanced Nursing Principles and Procedures knowledge Description: Provides direct patient care to medical/surgical patients needing advanced monitoring. Required to operate advanced medical equipment including use of central lines, multiple IVs, and patients requiring ventilation support. Also responsible for the care of general medical and surgical patients in the inpatient unit. Must have the ability to assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision. Acts as a clinical leader and assists with precepting staff. Provides direct care for patients from admission to discharge in all aspects of care, including discharge planning. Gives direction to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff. Receives direction from Providers, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, and Chief Nursing Officer. Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
