This is a full-time opportunity offering a balanced block schedule, strong compensation aligned with the regional market, and a supportive clinical environment. Position Highlights Full-time inpatient hospitalist position Flexible block scheduling (7 on / 7 off or similar structure) Day and nocturnist options available Established inpatient team with collaborative support Dedicated support staff and efficient EMR system Manageable daily census Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary aligned with Montana market rates (Estimated total compensation range: $280,000 – $350,000 depending on shift structure and experience) Additional incentives may include: Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Productivity bonuses Quality incentives Full benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer contribution Paid time off CME allowance paid CME time Malpractice coverage with tail Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care Admit, evaluate, and manage hospitalized patients Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure quality, safety, and patient-centered outcomes No outpatient responsibilities.
