Great team dynamic. Minimum Qualifications: - Current state license
as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse
(APRN). - Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse
Practitioner (Credentialing requirement). - Eligible for State
Controlled Substance License II through V. - Eligible for Federal
DEA Certificate II through V. - BLS Certification for Healthcare
Providers. - Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS,
TNCC, NRP). Preferred Qualifications: - One (1) or more years of
Primary Care experience preferred. - Master’s degree. Education
must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be

range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate
dependent upon experience. $56.76 - $87.59 We care about your
