Practice Setting Employed full-time ENT position with a well-established patient base General ENT focus with up to 30% facial trauma/head and neck cases Supportive, team-based care model in a dynamic regional health system Modern 36-bed acute care facility with 10-bed ICU Equipped with 5 ORs, da Vinci Xi surgical robot, and full anesthesia and hospitalist support Schedule Flexible Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend clinics Surgery block time every Tuesday and every other Thursday Light call schedule: 1:3 rotation (~10 days/month) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $510,000 to $575,000 Additional earning potential through wRVU-based production incentives Generous sign-on bonus up to $40,000 Annual quality bonus up to $20,000 37 days of PTO (including vacation, holidays, and CME) $4,000 CME allowance annually Comprehensive health benefits and full malpractice coverage Retirement plan with employer contribution Eligibility for NHSC loan repayment and student loan assistance programs Location: Great Falls, Montana Safe, welcoming community with cost of living well below national average Commute times under 12 minutes Over 300 days of sunshine per year with four distinct seasons Access to an international airport offering direct flights to Denver, Seattle, Phoenix, and more Surrounded by the Rocky Mountains, with easy access to hiking, biking, and snow sports Company Description We are a healthcare staffing company that was founded in 2009 and focused on placing physicians and advanced practitioners in permanent, temporary, and executive-level roles.
