LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Great Fallas, Montana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Permanent position: PCU RN Shift Information: Full Time, All Shifts Available Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Facility Salary: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 EDUCATION - Degree from a Nursing Program. EXPERIENCE - Practice in and advanced Medical/Surgical Unit and recent Critical Care or Progressive Care Nursing is required. LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS - Current State of Montana RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES - Use of basic office equipment, use of multiple IV pumps, ability to operate advanced medical equipment, including A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, patients requiring noninvasive and invasive ventilatory support, basic cardiac telemetry and EKG interpretation. - Advanced Nursing Principles and Procedures, Pediatric experience preferred.
