Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a Physician Assistant Long Term Care (LTC) Geriatrics for a local contract job in Helena, Montana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Geriatrics - Discipline: Physician Assistant - Start Date: 02/24/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Butte, MT, Billings, MT, Whitefish, MT, Helena, MT. Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time | Locums | Day Shift Pay: $110,000–$160,000/year (DOE) Role Highlights - Provide comprehensive medical care to adult & geriatric patients - Practice across post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care & assisted living settings - Conduct patient assessments and manage acute & chronic conditions - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests - Coordinate care with nursing staff and consulting providers - Maintain accurate clinical documentation - On-call coverage as required Requirements - Graduate of an accredited NP or PA-C program - Eligible for or holding an unrestricted state license - DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority (or eligibility) - Board Certified or Board Eligible - Eligible to participate in Medicare & Medicaid programs - New graduates welcome Benefits - 401(k) retirement plan - Medical, dental & vision insurance - Paid time off (PTO) - 8 paid vacation days (separate from PTO) - Flexible scheduling - CME & licensure stipend About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
