Center has a career opportunity for a Full-time, Community Health
Worker. This opportunity, located in Helena, Montana is within the
Behavioral Health department and reports to the Director of

Homeless program, we extend care and support to some of our most
vulnerable neighbors, reducing barriers and building pathways to
stability, health, and housing. The Opportunity Responsibilities of
this career opportunity include supporting PureView Health Center’s
Healthcare for the Homeless Program and Medical Clinics. The CHW is
a frontline public health worker who is a trusted member of and/or
has an unusually close understanding of the community served. This
trust enables the CHW to serve as a liaison between health/social
services and the community to facilitate access, improve cultural
competence of service delivery, and build individual/community
capacity. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or
equivalent Montana State certification as a Community Health Worker
(CHW) preferred or must obtain within 6 months of hire. Valid
Montana driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and ability to travel
within Lewis and Clark County (including Lincoln and surrounding
areas) Commitment to maintaining ethical standards under applicable
