Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Great Falls, MT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,272 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid-shift and Days Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC Must-Have: Ability to triage safely, rapidly, and accurately Description: Provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting. Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and responsibility indicative of professional expectations with minimal supervision. Communicates effectively with physicians and provider teams regarding changes in patient status, symptomology, and results of diagnostic studies. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment. Works cooperatively with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and support staff. Provides direction to emergency department technicians and registration staff. Receives direction from department leaders and medical providers. Must possess the ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient needs effectively. Holiday coverage is required.
