Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Great Falls, MT Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,164 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ID: 75657471 Shift: Days 0700 to 1900 Description: CVICU REGISTERED NURSE - 10 Bed ICU Unit Recent Open Heart Recovery Experience Required! Trained to take care of open heart patients immediately after surgery - Day 1. Great team, relationships. Description of Position: Provides direct patient care to medical/surgical/cardiovascular patients needing advanced monitoring. Required to operate advanced medical equipment including use of central lines including A-lines, multiple IV s balloon pumps, Impella pumps, and patients requiring Ventilation Support, or Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy. As well as care for general medical and surgical patients on the in-patient unit. Has ability to assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision. Acts as a clinical leader and assists with precepting staff. Provides direct care for patients in the Hospital from admission to discharge in all aspects of care including discharge planning. Givdirection to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, Dietary Staff. Receives direction from Providers, Charge Nurse, Acute Care Director, Chief Nursing Officer. Willing to take care of PCU and Med Surgical patients if no ICU/CVICU in house.
