Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join ourindependent CRNA practice in Great Falls, MT. This full-time position offersautonomy, case variety, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative,multidisciplinary environment on a single medical campus. Practice Highlights: Independent CRNA practicemodel with collaborative physician relationships Full-spectrum surgicalsupport including: Orthopedics (includingspine) General surgery Robotic-assisted surgery ENT, gynecology, urology,endoscopy, and plastics No cardiac or OB cases Facilities: 5 hospital ORs 4 outpatient surgery centerORs 1 endoscopy suite 2 catheterization labs Active regional post-op painmanagement and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program Call: 1:9 with rarecallbacks and occasional post-call day off Acute care hospitalfeaturing: 36 inpatient beds 10-bed open ICU 8-bed Emergency Departmentstaffed with experienced clinicians Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive wage andbenefits package 9 weeks of paid time off 401(k) plan with robustemployer match Sign-on bonus and relocationassistance Generous CME allowance Paid professional licensingand fees Malpractice insurance withtail coverage included Requirements: Board-Certified orBoard-Eligible CRNA Graduate of an accreditedNurse Anesthesia program Unrestricted Montana CRNAlicense (or ability to obtain) Regional block skills andindependent anesthesia practice experience preferred Strong clinical judgment andcommitment to patient safety Team-oriented, flexible, anddependable Why Great Falls?
