Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical and Critical
Care Unit in Montana. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional
care to patients requiring advanced monitoring and treatment,
including those with central lines, multiple IVs, and ventilatory
support needs. This role requires strong critical thinking,
clinical leadership, and the ability to provide quality care from
admission through discharge. You will play a vital role in patient
management, coordination of care, and mentoring of nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to medical and
surgical patients with complex needs. Operate advanced medical
equipment including ventilators, central lines, and A-lines.
Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate care plans.
Monitor, evaluate, and document patients’ responses to treatments.
Assist with discharge planning and coordinate with
interdisciplinary teams. Lead by example — precept and mentor
nursing staff as needed. Collaborate effectively with physicians,
charge nurses, and leadership. Uphold all hospital policies,
procedures, and infection control standards. Provide direction and
support to LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff. Qualifications Graduate
of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree
required). Current State of Montana RN License (required). BLS and
ACLS certifications (required). PALS, ENPC, or TNCC certifications
(preferred). Recent experience in an Advanced Medical/Surgical Unit
or Critical Care Nursing (required). Strong knowledge of advanced
nursing principles, IV therapy, and ventilator management .
Proficient in using multiple IV pumps and patient monitoring
equipment. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving
