hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary – Emergency
Room RN (Night Shift): /n /n- Provides direct and indirect patient
care in the emergency department. /n- Delivers care with
initiative, flexibility, and responsibility, with minimal
supervision. /n- Safely and accurately triages patients based on
physical and psychosocial needs. /n- Assesses factors influencing
patient flow through the emergency system. /n- Communicates
effectively with ER physicians and APP providers regarding patient
status, symptoms, and diagnostic results. /n- Responds quickly and
accurately to changes in patient condition or response to
treatment. /n- Collaborates with patients, families, physicians,
APP providers, allied health staff, and other healthcare
professionals. /n- Provides direction to emergency department
techs, registration staff, and allied health staff. /n- Receives
direction from Emergency Department Leader, Providers, and Chief
Nursing Officer. /n- Works night shifts, typically following a 6
on/8 off schedule. /n- Required to maintain current general and
nursing certifications (e.g., ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC,
