Type: Travel Responsibilities:/n/nPerform independent and delegated
nursing/medical functions per state standards/n/nAssess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care/n/nCollect and evaluate health
data; provide health teaching and counseling/n/nDeliver supportive
and restorative therapy/treatment directly or via
delegation/supervision/n/nRefer patients for further evaluation or
treatment as needed/n/nReview and monitor therapy and treatment
plans/n/nDocument care according to hospital and regulatory
guidelines/n/nUtilize resources effectively/n/nSupport and promote

departments within competency as needed/n/nBe available for on-call
