You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!/n/nThe ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:/n • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction/n • Possess a current Nursing license in the state of Montana/n • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment/n • 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred/n • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors/n • Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident/n • Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions/n • Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion/n • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality/n • A successful candidate must possess qualities of leadership, responsibility, time management, compassion, and patience./n • Ability to observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner./n • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors./n/n/nBenefits:/nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
