provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Inpatient unit schedule;
flexibility to support PCU and Medical-Surgical units as needed
Highlights: Direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care
Unit with advanced monitoring capabilities Operate sophisticated
medical equipment including central lines, A-lines, balloon pumps,
Impella pumps, ventilators, and Continuous Renal Replacement
Therapy Provide care for medical, surgical, and cardiovascular
patients from admission through discharge Clinical leadership role
with opportunities to precept and mentor staff Cross-training to
support PCU and Medical-Surgical units when CVICU census is low
Rapid response/urgent need position Requirements: Current RN
license in good standing CVICU or critical care nursing experience
required Proficiency with advanced cardiac monitoring and life
support equipment Strong assessment skills and ability to implement
clinical protocols with minimal supervision BLS and ACLS
certifications required Willingness to provide flexible coverage
