Job Description:
Our rapidly growing, hospital-employed team in Great Falls, MT
is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist to join
our collaborative and highly respected hospitalist program. This
full-time position offers a balanced 15-on/15-off schedule, modern
facilities, and the support of a full complement of in-house
specialties. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a
state-of-the-art medical center that delivers comprehensive care
with strong specialty support, an open ICU, and a work culture that
prioritizes physician well-being and professional growth. Practice
Highlights: Full-time hospital-employed position 15 on / 15 off
nocturnist schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Work alongside a dedicated
nocturnist counterpart and Pulmonary/Critical Care physician
Supported by Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call
specialists Procedure experience preferred, but not required
Experienced day hospitalist team with 2 physicians and 2 nurse
practitioners 1:5 nursing-patient ratio, adjusted for acuity
Average hospitalist daily census: 15 patients Access to
state-of-the-art diagnostics and technology Hospital Features:
36-bed acute care hospital with full specialty backup 10-bed Open
ICU 2 catheterization labs with 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit 5
operating rooms plus 4-room ambulatory surgery center 5 dedicated
observation beds 8-bed Emergency Department with experienced,

Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Requirements: MD or DO
degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified / Board
Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for
medical licensure in the State of Montana Experience and comfort
with hospital procedures preferred Strong clinical acumen,
