Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Helena,
Montana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical
Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 12/08/2025 -
Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days -
Employment Type: Travel Location: Helena, MT Weekly Hours: 36-40
hours a week Schedule: schedule can fluctuate, however, the
director stated tries o keep the same residents on caseload Job
Highlights: - Flexible Schedule: Standard schedule is five 8-hour
days, with the option to work one weekend day and flex a day off
during the week. - Caseload: Normal SNF caseload (DOR will go over
in interview) - New Grads Welcome: May consider new grads if
clinical were SNF setting - Physical therapist MT license required
