contract-to-permanent position in Great Falls, Montana. This

Respiratory Therapist in this role, you will be responsible for
providing critical respiratory care to patients of all ages. You
will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and
manage patients with various respiratory and cardiopulmonary
conditions, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient
outcomes. \n\n \n\t Administer respiratory therapy treatments,
including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and aerosolized
medications\n\t Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function
tests, arterial blood gas analysis, and chest physiotherapy\n\t
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care practices,
home care, and disease management\n\t Collaborate with physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement
individualized care plans\n\t Monitor and assess patient progress,
adjusting therapies as needed\n\t Respond to emergency situations
and provide life-saving interventions when necessary\n\t Maintain
accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans
and diagnostic results\n\t Ensure respiratory equipment is properly
maintained and calibrated\n\t Adhere to all hospital safety
protocols and infection control guidelines\n \n\n Education &
Certification Requirements \n\n \n\t Associate’s degree or higher
in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program\n\t Respiratory
Therapy (RRT or CRT) certification through the National Board for
Respiratory Care (NBRC)\n\t Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required\n\t
State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Montana\n\t 1 years
of experience in respiratory therapy, ideally in a clinical or
hospital setting\n \n\n Skills & Qualifications \n\n \n\t Expertise
in administering respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic
procedures\n\t Strong knowledge of respiratory diseases, patient
care techniques, and therapies\n\t Ability to assess, monitor, and
adjust patient care based on clinical feedback\n\t Effective
communication skills for patient education and teamwork\n\t Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm during
emergencies\n\t Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care\n
