facilities. Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a compassionate
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our healthcare
team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate
care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ER RN will be
responsible for assessing patients, prioritizing care needs,
initiating emergency procedures, and collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective treatment.
Job Descriptions: Provides direct and indirect patient care in the
emergency care setting. Provides care that reflects initiative,
flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional
expectation with a minimum of supervision. Is able to triage
safely, rapidly and accurately, on physical and psychosocial needs,
as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system.
Communicates with ER Physicians and/or APP providers about changes
in patient status, symptomology and results of diagnostic studies.
Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition
or response to treatment. Works cooperatively with: Patients,
families, physicians and APP providers, allied health staff and
healthcare professionals. Gives direction to: Emergency Department
techs, registration staff and allied health staff. Receives
direction from: Emergency Department Leader, Providers and Chief
Nursing Officer. Key Responsibilities: Triage and assess patients
upon arrival to the emergency department. Monitor and record vital
signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide
immediate and effective interventions for trauma, acute illness,
and medical emergencies. Coordinate care with physicians,
technicians, and other healthcare staff. Operate and monitor
