Under the direction of Providers, Acute Care Director, and Chief Nursing Officer, the Registered Nurse delivers care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Nurses collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Deliver care to patients with a broad range of medical conditions, including pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures
  
• Provide direction to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff
  
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • RN Nursing graduate
    
  • 1-2 years Medical Surgical Nursing experience
    
  • Montana RN licensure
    
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification (to be completed within 6 months of hire)
    
    
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    
    • 
      
    • Basic Nursing Principles and Procedures
      
    • Basic office skills
      
    • IV skills
