Patient ratio: typically 1:6
Unit will always have 1-2 CNAs available per shift as a
resource
RTO: no more than 7 days
at least 1 travel assignment completed
Clinical float pool - may float to unit with greatest need
Could take medsurg overflow pts
Pay range: 3,000-3,145
