is full-time, Tuesday- Saturday. Employees are required to work our
normal business hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm. It may be necessary,
given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
Our office is located at 1101 26th Street South Great Falls, MT
- Interviewing clients in a hospital setting and/or home visits
to assist them in obtaining maximum benefit coverage.
- Completing application for state and federal programs,
reviewing medical records and taking all actions necessary to
expedite benefit approval.
- May be responsibility for maintaining ongoing communications
with government agencies regarding the status of claims.
- Provide updates and assistance to hospital personnel and other
staff as needed.
- Maintain documentation of status of claims and client contact
on Change Healthcare computer system.
- Other responsibilities that are customer specific.
- Knowledge of state and federal programs.
- Assisting with mentorship opportunities and team
- Pull daily referral reports.
- Responsible for internal reporting.
- Ability to float to different facilities if needed.
- Assist with customer meetings when needed.You'll be rewarded

- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday during business hours off
