Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 1101 26th Street South Great Falls, MT .Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing clients in a hospital setting and/or home visits to assist them in obtaining maximum benefit coverage.
  • Completing application for state and federal programs, reviewing medical records and taking all actions necessary to expedite benefit approval.
  • May be responsibility for maintaining ongoing communications with government agencies regarding the status of claims.
  • Provide updates and assistance to hospital personnel and other staff as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of status of claims and client contact on Change Healthcare computer system.
  • Other responsibilities that are customer specific.
  • Knowledge of state and federal programs.
  • Assisting with mentorship opportunities and team trainings.
  • Pull daily referral reports.
  • Responsible for internal reporting.
  • Ability to float to different facilities if needed.

    • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
    • 1+ years of healthcare experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Ability to travel 10% of the time
    • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday during business hours off 7am-3:30pm.
