  As an Addus/ A Plus -Nurse, you will:
  
  • 
    
  • Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes
    
  • Complete Foot Care, Med Sets, Assessments, and Intakes
    
  • Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
    
  • Present educational in-service training
    
  • Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
    
    
    REQUIREMENTS
    
    • 
      
    • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current PN -licensure.
      
    • New nurse welcome!
      
    • Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
