Recovery Room/PACU opening in Great Falls, Montana. JOB TITLE ( ): Registered Nurse / PCU - Great Falls, MT Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical/cardiovascular patients needing advanced monitoring and care, required to operate advanced medical equipment. Care for patients with central lines, arterial lines A-lines, medicated IV drips, and patients requiring Ventilation Support. Provide care to general medical and surgical patients on the in-patient unit. Compensation and Benefits for the Registered Nurse / PCU:

• The starting salary for this position is $56,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year.
• Full-Time Nights shift.
• Benefits are Competitive and Negotiable Requirements of the Registered Nurse / PCU:
  • Graduate of an accredited RN Degree Nursing Program.
  • Current State of Montana RN Licensure.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire.
  • ENPC, TNCC certifications are preferred
  • Minimum experience of 1-2 years in Med/Surg or PCU. Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse / PCU:
    • Provides care to general medical and surgical patients on the in-patient unit.
    • Has the ability to assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
    • Acts as a clinical leader and assists with precepting staff.
    • Provides direct care for patients in the hospital from admission to discharge in all aspects of care including discharge planning.
    • Gives direction to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff.
    • Receives direction from Providers, Inpatient Manager, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, and Chief Nursing Officer.
