The VP, Project Management will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating Chief Administrative Office project teams to deliver programs that provides exceptional business value to users.

Essential Job Functions:

Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope

Develop and manage project schedule and budget

Organize and lead project status and working meetings

Prepare and update project roadmaps and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status

Manage all activities internally and externally (if applicable) and remove any roadblocks to the team's work or progress

Organize and lead project status and working meetings

Support the Product/Business Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables

Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results

Promote and follow a defined project management process and implement best practices for Agile Project Management

Perform After Action Reviews to build process improvement into future projects

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or related field (Master's degree preferred)

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification

6+ years of project management experience required; financial services industry experience preferred

Solid organization skills and understanding of project management principles and practices

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Prior experience with enterprise-level projects implementation and an understanding of contracts

Experience in projects associated with merger and acquisition due diligence a plus

Experience implementing a contract management system a plus

Experience overseeing multi-purpose projects that require interplay among departments in a corporate environment.

Special Requirements:

The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($95,000 - $170,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
