Managers work independently and anticipate next steps. They manage
the timing and information for all engagements assigned and lead
client meetings. In addition, they present topics related to
forensic accounting/business valuations to community or business
groups. Managers also work with staff to communicate tasks, review
staff---s work and develop staff. Managers demonstrate the ability
to become a testifying expert and begin developing referral sources
for new business.

Technical Responsibilities 1. Leads meetings with client to present
findings/opinions, etc. 2. Demonstrates ability to become
testifying expert on smaller engagements. 3. Completed two of the
three required credentials above CPA (ABV, CFF and CFE) 4. Actively
pursues remaining credentials. 5. Develops staff. Administrative
Responsibilities: 1. Organize/file documents. 2. Keep track of key
dates. 3. Prepares for and attends weekly production meetings. 4.
Prepares and initiates Assignment Project Review meetings with
staff. 5. Completes time entry timely. 6. Ensures Outlook calendar
up-to-date. 7. Utilizes Out of office for Outlook and voicemail. 8.
Responds timely to emails and voicemails. 9. Participates in
on-the-job training and New Hire Orientation. 10. Prepares budgets
for certain engagements and compares actual results to budgeted
amounts.

Supervisory Minimal supervision needed. Depending on the staffing
of the engagement, may be responsible for overseeing seniors and

Education/Experience Required Minimum of five years of experience
quantifying economic damages for insurance claims or for
litigation, preparing business valuations, conducting financial
investigations, providing dispute advisory services Some public
accounting experience. Ability to lead meetings with
clients/lawyers to present findings/opinions High level, polished,
written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Willingness to write articles and present publicly Strong
networking experience in the legal community Bachelors degree in
Accounting Basic knowledge of standard office software including
Microsoft Office products.

Professional Expected to have completed the CPA exam. Expected to
have received two of the three additional credentials required
above the CPA (ABV, CFF and CFE) Stay current with Continuing
Professional Education requirements. 2,350 total hours per year
1,500 chargeable hours Represent us well by appropriate grooming,
attire and behavior.

Working Conditions Occasional same-day travel for work at
