Job Description: Early Childhood TeacherThe Staff Pad has partnered with a client in Montana who has a vision to be the gold standard for Healthcare. We are searching for an Early Childhood Teacher to support the organizations mission. -This role involves providing consistent supervision, supporting a safe and stimulating learning environment, and working closely with the Lead Teacher to execute developmentally appropriate activities for a preschool classroom, supporting children ages 3 to 6. -Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during various activities, including play, mealtime, and nap time.
• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages exploration, problem-solving, and social interaction.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized classroom and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with children, staff, and families, and report any child welfare concerns as needed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.---RequirementsQualifications:

• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early education best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with team members, adapt to classroom needs, and engage positively with children and families.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; must be at least 16 years old.Certifications:
  • CPR and Pediatric First Aid (within 30 days of hire).
  • Enrollment in the Montana Early Childhood Project Practitioner Registry within 15 days of hire.
