JOB DESCRIPTION Performance Marketing Manager Location: Bozeman, Montana TicketPrinting.com + Eventgroove is a leader in event platforms and services that has been steadily growing since 1997. We have the leading event and fundraising custom products on-demand platform which enables customers and partners to set up their own storefronts. TicketPrinting.com, the workhorse of the company, runs on this platform.-- Eventgroove is an event management platform designed and built for distributed event operators and has full private-label capabilities. Now, we're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team, take ownership of our robust paid advertising budget, and accelerate our growth. Reporting to the CEO, the Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing all aspects of the TicketPrinting.com + Eventgroove paid advertising program (including our four smaller sister sites within our custom product on-demand portfolio), with a focus on paid search and Google shopping campaigns. If you love digging into data, finding growth and optimization opportunities, and driving ROI, this role is for you.-- What You'll Do:Manage Campaigns. You'll identify and execute campaign management tactics daily across multiple campaign types (e.g. search, shopping, display) including-but not limited to-account structure, settings, keywords, creative, bidding, landing pages, A/B testing, tracking and analysis. Optimize Constantly. You'll work to maximize CTR, quality score, conversion rate, and volume through best practice adoption and continuous testing effort, all while lowering-or maintaining-CPAs as we grow. Hit Growth Targets. We've got some aggressive goals, and you're pumped to try to exceed them with quick and precise execution. You'll find opportunities for growth and efficiency that we haven't thought of yet, and chart your own course to realize them. Budget, Test and Iterate. We have a sizable budget across platforms and accounts. You'll own that spend, allocate dollars and time efficiently, run tests, report, and iterate to improve performance. Self-direct and Prioritize. There's so much you could do, but you'll focus on what you should do, right away. To-do lists fear you and executives love you because you get the high-impact things done first and so quickly. Who You Are:--Master Classer. You're aware of the latest PPC best practices. You're confident you can make an impact. But you're also humble enough to know you need to be subscribed to publications like Search Engine Land-because this industry changes, fast.-- Detail Lover. You understand that one false keystroke can topple an entire attribution empire. One typo can tank a quality score. And one product feed error can shut down an entire account. This is not a "fast and loose" role, and you like it that way. Number Cruncher. After your last four plus years in the industry, you know paid advertising is a numbers game. Mental math might not come naturally, but it helps if it does. (Formulas and pivot tables do, too.)-- Revenue & Efficiency Driver. The beauty-and the challenge-of paid advertising is how easily it's tied to revenue. That thrills you, because you're going to make a direct impact on the bottom line and the lives of your coworkers. Ambitious Executer. TicketPrinting.com + Eventgroove are subsidiaries of Elk River Systems (ERS).-- ERSs' other subsidiaries are UK Ticket Printing, Ticket River Australia, Canada Ticket Printing, Raffle River, and PerforatedPaper.com.---- SCREENING QUALIFICATIONS: At least 4 years experience directly managing Google Ads campaignsDirect management of > $30,000 monthly budgetsAbility to self-manage and prioritizeProven experience scaling conversion volume or increasing efficiencyUnderstanding of Google search best practices and shopping campaign strategies--Familiarity with ad copy and landing page testingGoogle certifications and eCommerce industry experience a plusPreferably worked in-house, not at an agency SALARY RANGE $75,000 - $100,000
