Job Description:
Are you an experienced Senior Executive Administrator ready to
operate at the highest levels of institutional leadership? Our
client, The University of Providence, a mission-driven institution
in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking an executive professional to
serve as a trusted partner to the President, Provost, and executive
leadership team. This is a highimpact, highvisibility role with a
frontrow seat to strategy, governance, and executive
decisionmaking, serving as a central point of alignment for
leadership priorities and institutional initiatives across the
President's Office and Academic Affairs. This role goes beyond
traditional administrative support-you will function as a key
operational and strategic partner in the President's Office. This
position you will provide comprehensive administrative,
operational, and governance support to the President and Provost by
managing executive calendars, communications, documentation, and
briefing materials; serving as a liaison between leadership and
campus departments; and coordinating strategic initiatives across
the institution. You will support board and committee meetings
through preparation of materials, recordkeeping, and compliance
with governance requirements; assist with budget oversight,
including expense reconciliation, credit card reviews, purchase
order processing, and monitoring expenditures tied to presidential
initiatives; and play an active role in planning executive-level
events, campus visits, and space reservations while maintaining a
high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and service
excellence. The successful candidate will bring a bachelor's degree
in business administration, management, communications, public
administration, or a related field (master's preferred) along with
7-10 years of highlevel executive or administrative experience,
ideally supporting senior leadership in a higher education or
similarly complex environment. This role requires sound judgment,
discretion, and the ability to operate with a high degree of
autonomy in a fast-moving executive environment. Experience
managing confidential information, coordinating executive
operations, and supporting governance or board functions is
strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly organized,
detailoriented, and proactive, with strong written and verbal
communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required,
with the ability to prepare professional documents, presentations,
and reports. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work
independently, and collaborate effectively across departments is
