Job Description We are seeking a highly/nskilled and motivated
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our/nindependent
CRNA practice in Great Falls, MT. This full-time position
offers/nautonomy, case variety, and the opportunity to work within
a collaborative,/nmultidisciplinary environment on a single medical
campus. /n/n /n/n Practice Highlights: /n/n - Independent CRNA
practice/nmodel with collaborative physician relationships -
Full-spectrum surgical/nsupport including: - Orthopedics
(including/nspine) - General surgery - Robotic-assisted surgery -
ENT, gynecology, urology,/nendoscopy, and plastics - No cardiac or
OB cases /n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n Facilities: /n/n - 5 hospital
ORs - 4 outpatient surgery center/nORs - 1 endoscopy suite - 2
catheterization labs - Active regional post-op pain/nmanagement and
Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program - Call: 1:9 with
rare/ncallbacks and occasional post-call day off - Acute care
hospital/nfeaturing: - 36 inpatient beds - 10-bed open ICU - 8-bed
Emergency Department/nstaffed with experienced clinicians
/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n Compensation & Benefits:

and/nindependent anesthesia practice experience preferred - Strong
clinical judgment and/ncommitment to patient safety -
