The role:The AML Training Program, Senior Manager will be
responsible for overseeing and contributing to the development and
delivery of AML training modules across the enterprise. This role
will support the training of new hires across the AML Department,
including onshore and offshore managed services that supplement the
Department, on key AML controls including transaction monitoring
and customer screening (e.g. adverse media, sanctions, etc.),
enhanced due diligence, and related processes. Additionally, this
role will own the creation of and, where required, the delivery of
enterprise-wide AML training and targeted training to non-AML
departments that facilitate AML-related processes. The role will
ensure training records are maintained centrally and readily
available. The role is expected to set the direction for the AML
training team, develop direct reports, and inspire the team through
servant leadership.What you'll do:

candidate's experience, skills, and location.
