Experience: Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license in hand at the time of application. --- Candidates must live at least 200 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role. --- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Additional Details: Guaranteed Hours 40 Home Health needs an Interim Director/Manager to work Monday-Friday 8-5 ( flexible with needs) for 13 weeks with possible extension. Will manage 40 direct reports. No weekends however the staff do work on-call weekends. Must have experience in home health and hospice- specifically with COPS and CMS. ALL RTO or schedule request must be on submission-HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule request after submission. HWL to prescreen with CNO final interview and offer.
